Bill Francoeur

Bill Francoeur has been composing for the stage for well over twenty-five years. In addition to co-writing music and lyrics for THE GHOST AND MRS. MUIR, he is co-composer and lyricist for the musical WESTERN STAR, with book by Dale Wasserman,(MAN OF LA MANCHA, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST) for which he won California s prestigious Elly Award for Best Original Work. Bill has over seventy-five musicals published for the amateur theater market and as such is considered to be that market s most published composer. His children s musical, OZ, A TWISTED MUSICAL played Off Broadway in 2002. Bill s musicals are performed by adults and children of all ages on stages all over the world.

Bill has also worked as an educator, actor and musician and, as such, has taught and/or performed throughout the United States, Canada and South East Asia.
