Hello! What is the orchestration for Waitress, and will it change from the original Broadway set-up, with Cello and Guitar being a combined part? Wondering this for a Pilot production in the fall

Show Viability - Troupe 7171 February 2027

Hello, My name is Jayen Pal, and I'm currently a sophomore at Lake Ridge Academy and the lighting director for Thespian Troupe 7171. As our show season is done for this school year, we've started the process of choosing shows for next year. I fell in love with Come From Away after seeing it in Playhouse Square a number of years ago and I would love to be able to do this show with my high school while I'm still here. Before I submitted the proposal to our director, I wanted to make sure that our school and Troupe would be eligible and whether or not cast adjustments could be made. Our Troupe has about 12 actors total, with vast majority of them being female. Would we be able to make some of the traditionally male roles within Come From Away be played by females? On the point of licencing, I had read that it may be denied if a show in the area is already planned. We are slated for a February 2027 show in North Ridgeville, OH. Would there be an issue with that time? Thank you, Jayen Pal Troupe 7171

I returned materials for my December show in January. They are still showing overdue, how long does it take for them to scan in? When should I be concerned that they have been lost?
