Philip has written numerous plays, television episodes and motion picture screenplays in Los Angeles and Europe. His screenwriting credits include: Disney’s Pocahontas and Mulan, and DreamWorks’ The Prince of Egypt and The Road to El Dorado. For the past several years, Mr LaZebnik has lived in Denmark, where he wrote the book for My Fairytale, a theatrical musical about Hans Christian Andersen with songs by Stephen Schwartz, as well as numerous movies and television shows throughout Europe and the US. His produced movies include: The Lost Treasure of the Knights Templar series in Denmark; The Three Investigators and the Secret of Skeleton Island and The Three Investigators and the Secret of Terror Castle for Studio Hamburg, Germany; and the English screenplay for the animated features Asterix and the Vikings and Asterix and the Domain of the Gods. He also wrote the television miniseries Hindenburg: The Last Flight in Germany and the Christmas television series Ludvig and Santa Claus for TV 2 in Denmark.
