I am the Founder and Director of Sunny Hills Summer Youth Theater. This is a FREE large scale musical program that runs each summer and produces a large musical free of charge to all participants ages 7-21. Tickets are also free. Each summer we stage a musical with 2 or 3 casts of about 100 students each. Although we receive a small stipend from the church where we hold the program, the program runs entirely by donations! We are entering our 13 year with all expenses covered! In my day job, I am a co- director at Heights Christian School (formally at Whittier Christian School). I have happily attended the Junior Theater Festival (5 times) and am proud to be a Freddie G. Fellow 2016.
