At the age of 4 Arianne sat front row center at Les Misérables on Broadway, directly behind the conductor. The conductor was probably horrified when he noticed a such a small child about to witness the French Revolution but was quickly amazed by how silent and enthralled she was with the show. At intermission he invited her and her parents backstage for a tour and the rest is history! Working at MTI has been a dream come true for Arianne, who still tries to meet as many conductors/musical directors as possible and loves working with the materials that make it all happen.

Arianne DeCerb started working in the Music and Materials department in 2018. A New Englander by heart, she has lived in Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, finally landing in NYC. She has a Musical Theatre BFA from Emerson College in Boston and is still an NYC based actress in addition to working at MTI. She has travelled throughout the US, Canada, and Tokyo on Hair, Hello Dolly!, and The Grinch Who Stole Christmas National Tours. Her favorite MTI musicals include Les Misérables, The Band's Visit, Little Shop of Horrors, and anything and everything by Stephen Sondheim.
