Orchestration and "A change in me"

I'm confused on the orchestration for Beauty and the Beast. On both versions of the orchestration, there is a line for "A change in me" which is the song that was added later. Is this a mistake to list is as an instrument (and if so, should a different instrument be listed there), a different set of music books for that one song, or a pre-recorded track that we have to play along to?

This may be a late answer for you, but answering for anyone else whose confused. The authors did a new arrangement on 'A Change In Me' and so it is now out dated in the score books. What is listed as 'A Change In Me' is actually just a packet of sheet music with the correct/new arrangement.
