About Micaela Muro Dimos
Micaela Muro Dimos is a member of the SAG/AFTRA union and has been an actor, singer, director, and voice artist since her sophomore year in high school. Passionate about Arts Education, Micaela earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Theatre Arts and has taught public school Theatre Arts in San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. Along with directing and teaching Theatre Arts at Elizabeth Pinkerton Middle School and co-directing spring musicals at Cosumnes Oaks High School, Micaela is currently teaching MMP’s Master Academy Intermediate and Advanced Acting, and private Acting Coaching through her company Present!   

About Elizabeth Pinkerton Middle School
Elizabeth Pinkerton Middle School, established in 2008, is a nationally recognized "School to Watch" and is also a 2015 State of California Gold Ribbon School. Our school is divided into five interdisciplinary teams, each staffed with six teachers who serve approximately 230 students. Each team is comprised of two Humanities teachers, one Math teacher, one Physical Education teacher, one Bridge teacher, and one Science teacher. This benefits our students and parents as it makes a larger school feel smaller and provides for a strong support system for students.  We also provide a large Electives Department which offers Band (including Marching Band), Choir, Theatre Arts (program established by Micaela Muro Dimos in 2015), Visual Arts, Ceramics, Digital Photography, Robotics, Computer Technology, Exploring Science, Public Speaking, Media Literacy, Sport & Fitness, and Creative Writing.
