About Coty Forno
I’m an artist, dreamer, never-take-no-for-an-answer go-getter, wife, and now mother who loves the arts, coffee and chocolate. I worked as an actor, director, choreographer, and teacher in D.C, Pittsburgh, New York, and Los Angeles, working for companies such as Pittsburgh CLO, Pittsburgh Musical Theatre, West Virginia Public Theatre, City Theatre Company, Bay Theatre Company, Santa Clarita Performing Arts, RWS & Associates, Frostburg State University. I was eager to be closer to home and to create a performing arts space in my rural hometown, so I opened MCCA in 2013. I wanted to provide a place for artists to receive quality arts education, to explore their creativity, and to find their own unique voice.
