Dr. Joanne O'Kain is the founder and director of the Roy Waldron Drama Team. The team is comprised of students in grades 2-5 that attend RWS in La Vergne, TN. RWS is a public elementary school in Rutherford County. Joanne works with students K-12 in the summer and with after school programming.
