Roderick Cook was born on the 9th February 1932 in London, England and died on the 17th August 1990 in Los Angeles, California, USA (apparent heart attack, age 58). He was nominated for Broadway's 1987 Tony Award as Best Actor (Musical) for "Oh, Coward! The production of which, he also devised.
