Hello! I am a student and I’ve been wanting to ask my school to do Alice By Heart since it was originally announced to be released (but since then the rights release date has been pushed back)- if there a definite date now of when the rights will be released or is it still sort of vague? Also, how long does it take on average for licensing requests to be approved?
