Show T-Shirts

Hi there, We are hoping to create promotional T-shirts for our MTI show (with a self-designed logo, not from the Logopacks). These will NOT be sold and are solely for the cast members and to promote the show. Is this permissible, or are special rights/licenses required? Thanks!
