On Wednesday, November 27th, the MTI office will close early at 1 PM ET for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Office operations will resume on Monday, December 2nd.

DISNEY’S WINNIE THE POOH KIDS is a delightful new musical based on the beloved characters of A.A. Milne and the Disney animated feature film which hits theaters this Friday.
Coming to a Theater Near You!
After 35 years, Christopher Robin, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Owl, Roo, Kanga, Rabbit, and, of course, Pooh, are coming back to the silver screen! Join them in the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship, and sharing snacks! The movie is set to be released on July 15, 2011. In the meantime, check out the trailer!

Like all KIDS shows in the MTI Broadway Junior Collection, DISNEY’S WINNIE THE POOH KIDS is approximately 30 minutes in length and is appropriate for performance by elementary school-aged students. With music and lyrics by Richard M. Sherman, Robert B. Sherman, Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, music adapted and arranged and additional music and lyrics by Will Van Dyke and book and additional lyrics by Cheryl Davis, DISNEY'S WINNIE THE POOH KIDS is a perfect first pick for young performers.
