rehearsal tracks for Matilda

Hi,
Due to covid my company was not able to perform Matilda. I have postponed the date of the performance until further notice. However our rehearsal tracks and performance tracks which I have alread purchased were removed from my account. Could you please advise me on how to get those tracks back so that we may continue periodically rehearsing so that my cast and team will be show ready when we are able to perform.
