The MTI office will close early at 1 PM ET on Friday, January 17th and remain closed through Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Office operations will resume on Tuesday, January 21st.

Was wondering if "projected general release in the Fall of 2018" means that the production can be held in the Fall of 2018, with applications during the summer of 2018 or the application for rights will be available in the Fall of 2018, putting the anticipated productions in the Spring of 2019.
