What happens if they perform Mamma Mia without a License?

I see all these questions here being answered with 'you cannot perform Mamma Mia w/o a license' yet, I saw advertisements and videos about a production of MM in Tijuana that is obvious it did not have a license and get no answer...It is sad that people can get away with this. Trashing other people's work and illegally

Seussical JR orchestration?

Would it be possible to have a live orchestra for the jr version of Seussical? I'm happy to order the orchestration separately, but I wasn't sure if it lined up with the full version or if they were too different to not make it harder than it has to be.

When the rights for Newsies go up to the general public, will this/can this be provided? It's a very dance heavy show, so it would be very helpful and useful to have a guide.

Billing/Bio/Credit issue

In attempting to use the Playbill-der feature to create a playbill for our production we find that we cannot fit Steven Sater's contractually required bio into the space allowed for a single bio on Playbill-der. Is there a modified or shorter bio for Mr. Sater available?
